Spring Break For Kids is going virtual!  Join us April 5-11 as we present Peter and the Wolf, sponsored by PNC Bank, in collaboration with the Battle Creek Symphony.  Spring Break for Kids is tailored specifically for youngsters, and this year features the beloved story of Peter and the Wolf, with music by Sergei Prokofiev. Hear (and see) the musicians of the Battle Creek Symphony led by music director Anne Harrigan and watch the music come alive in a brand-new staging, co-choreographed by Artistic Director James Sofranko and Ballet Master Dawnell Dryja.  Performed by the apprentices and trainees of the Grand Rapids Ballet, Peter and the Wolf tells the story of a brave young boy who with the help of his friends, a bird, a cat, and a duck, capture a wolf and take him to the zoo!

Hosted by Artistic Director James Sofranko, the performance will also feature an introduction to ballet, and two other shorter works.

Thanks to our friends at PNC Bank, viewing Peter and the Wolf is free, but you must register your email to be sent the private Vimeo link. Register to receive the free Spring Break for Kids Peter and the Wolf Vimeo link here.
