TICKETING POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Subscription Deadline 

Renewing subscribers have until May 1, 2025 to lock in their seats from last year. After May 1, we will start to assign new subscribers to their seats. We cannot guarantee your seats if you renew after May 1, 2025. 

 

Seating Changes 

If you would like to make any changes to your preferences from last year (change the day, add or subtract people to your party, or move seats) please write out your request in the “Notes” section. We will not be able to start making any of these changes until after May 1. Once all subscribers have been given the chance to renew, we will start processing change requests in the order that we receive them.  

 

New Subscribers 

Once all the renewing subscribers’ changes have been processed, the Box Office will start assigning seats to new subscribers. We always give the seats closest to center, and within rows D-G in PMW if possible. We try to assign seats close to the center of the orchestra in DeVos. If you have any other requests, you may write them in the “Notes” section.   

 

*Please Note* – “Better or Best” are subjective terms. If you write, “Better than last year,” we don’t know what that means to you. Specific requests like, “On the aisle” or “We would like Mezzanine in DeVos” or “If center of D-G is taken, I prefer closer to center and higher up” or “I prefer closer to the stage and off to the side” are much easier to fulfill.  

 

Accessibility Requests 

If you or your guest has an accessibility request, please select from one of our Accessible Seating Options. Please select from one of the following options. 

 

Accessible Seating Options: 

Limited Mobility: A theatre seat in an easy to access location. (No Stairs) 

Wheelchair Accessible: A space for a standard wheelchair. 

Sight/Hearing Accessible Seats: Theatre seats close to the stage. 

 Let us know about any other accessibility requests or accommodations that do not fall within these options. 

 

Exchanges 

Season Subscribers are able to switch their tickets to a different performance within a show run. We cannot guarantee the same seats. Exchanges are based on availability while supplies last. If a show run has two weekends, you may switch to the second weekend of the same show. However, for example, you may not switch Nutcracker tickets to Jumpstart. Unused tickets are non-transferrable to the following season.  To make an exchange, call the Box Office, 616-454-4771 x110 during hours. Once you make an exchange, we will mail out the new tickets, or leave them in Will-Call if it is close to the show. We will void out the original tickets. Please shred the old ones immediately. If you give out voided tickets, we may not accept your exchange requests in the future.  

 

*New This Year* – All exchanges must be made prior to the Thursday before the show. Any requests made after Thursday may not be fulfilled. We will not be able to honor requests made on the day of the show.  

 

Will Call 

When picking up exchanged tickets from Will-Call, please provide your ID to collect your tickets. If you are giving them to someone else, please let us know their name, and let them know to bring their ID with them.  

 

Seat Locations 

We are not able to move your seat location within the house after your seats have been assigned. You may switch your ticket to a different day, but not to a different seat on the same performance.  

 

Discounts 

Subscriber DeVos discount reflects 50% off Price Level 1 price, regardless of seating.  

Subscriber PMW discount reflects 15% off Price Level 1 price, regardless of seating.  

 

Parking Pass 

We have a limited number of parking passes available to ALL Company Series subscribers. These are purchased separately and are available first come first served. Call Harlee Scholten at 616-454-4771 x120 to purchase yours. We anticipate these selling out. If you switch your ticket to a different day, your parking pass will not be valid for the new day. 

 Parking Passes are valid for Company shows at PMW only!
