Grand Rapids Ballet to hold auditions for Van Allsburg ‘Nutcracker’ tomorrow

Grand Rapids Ballet’s “The Nutcracker” is a family tradition for many West Michigan families, and it is also a wonderful performance opportunity for Grand Rapids Ballet School students. Dance students get to perform with Grand Rapids Ballet company dancers in a professional production to live music from the Grand Rapids Symphony on the stage of DeVos Performance Hall. Grand Rapids Ballet will hold auditions for this year’s “Nutcracker” tomorrow from 12 p.m.-3 p.m. for any interested full-time Grand Rapids Ballet School student. If you are not currently a student, there is still time to register as a full-time student at Grand Rapids Ballet School and then gain eligibility to audition.
