Take stunning backstage glimpse of new ‘Nutcracker,’ expected to be even better in 2nd year

Grand Rapids Ballet’s new production of “The Nutcracker,” which debuted last year, was a smashing success.

Co-designed by illustrator Chris Van Allsburg, the Grand Rapids-born author of “The Polar Express,” the show was seen by more than 20,000 people last year.
