Ballet 5 students train en pointe five days a week to build stamina, strength, and refined technique. They face greater demands, focusing on complex combinations, musicality, and precision. Emphasis is placed on self-correction, motivation, and developing individual artistry and grace.
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) builds muscle memory to improve core strength, alignment, and weight placement. Developed with physiotherapists, it uses exercise balls and resistance bands to target key muscle groups. Taught by certified instructors Attila and Mindy Mosolygo, PBT helps dancers train smarter and move with control.
Pointe students build foot strength, balance, and clarity in executing combinations. Classes include barre and center work. Steps grow more challenging, adding consecutive turns and hops en pointe.
In Variations/Repertoire class, students will learn classical ballet variations and excerpts from classical and contemporary ballets or original choreography will be taught.
Contemporary students use their classical ballet base to master diverse styles and expand their movement fully. They focus on emotional expression, fluid floor work, and tension-free transitions. Partnering skills are also introduced to deepen their practice.
